WHAT YOU’LL DO

Teens will elevate their culinary skills and refine their pastry techniques in this advanced workshop.
Designed to simulate a pastry school experience, this five-day cooking class series guides teens through bakery-worthy baking projects. With guidance from an expert pastry chef, students aged 12 and older will learn to prepare enriched doughs, manage baking times and decorate with flair. From kneading dough to rolling fondant and whipping fluffy buttercream, this hands-on summer camp focuses on sparking their signature style.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This event is suitable for kids aged 12-17
