What You’ll Do

This five-day baking series is perfect for budding bakers hoping to hone their skills.

This five-day summer cooking class is the ultimate way to spoil kids with an interest in baking. With a world-class chef leading the way, budding bakers will learn to create their favorite treats, including cheesy bread, cupcakes and cookies. More than that, they’ll gain essential knowledge that no baker should be without, including the science behind the perfect dough. At the end of the week, they’ll leave armed with a certificate, a printed menu and the confidence they need to take charge of your family’s favorite baking traditions.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Chef was fantastic! Food was delicious. I did think we'd have more hands on prep with the food. The creme brulee was already prepped - but we did get to sugar & brulee with the torch. The potatoes were already cut, peeled, and boiled so only 1 person got to mash. I did really like how the chef demonstrated how to cook the steak and make the mushroom sauce. We all got to do that at individual stations. The little burner was just ok and took a while when people didn't want to cross-cook steaks due to different temperature preferences. Overall, really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend for folks who want to learn some new prep methods.
