WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learn essential French techniques and classic Provençal recipes with this elegant four-course feast.
With guidance from an expert chef, you’ll master four traditional French dishes in this hands-on cooking class. Build layers of flavor by searing and simmering chicken in a bright, savory sauce of roasted lemon, olives and capers. Thinly slice and roast seasonal vegetables for a colorful ratatouille tart. Then, balance flavors in a classic salade verte and prepare delicate crêpes filled with luscious figs, fresh raspberries and whipped honey cream.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
