Learn three global varieties of donuts in this fun pastry-making class.

With this crave-worthy cooking class, you'll explore donut-making with three types that vary in texture from chewy to crispy. Guided by a world-class pastry chef, you'll learn to make powdered sugar-dusted beignets, bright berry fritters with a tangy raspberry-lemon glaze and Japanese mochi donuts that are chewy, fun and fabulous. You'll master French pâte à choux dough and expand your baking skills. This class is for serious dessert lovers.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
