WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn chef tips for creating popular takeout classics at home.
This hands-on cooking class invites the whole family into the kitchen to prepare favorite recipes from Chinese cuisine. Cooks of all ages will improve their culinary skills from knife cuts to sautéing. Under the guidance of an expert chef, you’ll craft savory vegetable lo mein and practice filling and folding chicken and chive dumplings.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 7+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.
