In this class you will have the opportunity to create two types of scrumptious artisan bread.

Choose two items from a menu that includes mouthwatering Dutch oven, zesty Italian bread salad, tantalizing sun-dried tomato pizza, blissful pretzels, and tempting cinnabuns. Bring your newly-acquired skills into your very own home to treat family and friends on every occasion.

Absolutely LOVED Chef Mary, she made me feel so comfortable in the kitchen and blew my mind when it came time to make sourdough bread. Soft, tangy, chewy--everything sourdough should be and I can make it at home now! How exciting! Bread has always intimidated me and it never seemed to come out right so I've been "forced" in the past to use a bread machine. I know, I know, I'm ashamed as well. But now I don't have to! I love how down-to-earth Mary is and how approachable her cooking is. Take her class, you won't be disappointed.
