WHAT YOU’LL DO

Master the art of the grill with five-star finesse.
This specialty cooking class elevates grill season with a spectacular gourmet menu. Guided by an expert chef, you’ll learn to develop flavors using an open flame as you prepare sophisticated dishes like charred pepper, peach and feta salad; smoked skirt steak with charred scallion gremolata; and grilled corn with smoky lime butter. Cool off with creamsicle ice cream.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
