WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover the art of making authentic French macarons.
This cooking class features traditional techniques and authentic ingredients for creating adorable macarons. You'll join a gourmet pastry chef for these fun and engaging sessions. Begin by preparing the batter using almond flour, egg whites and powdered sugar. Next, you'll fill perfectly shaped crescents and make a raspberry and white chocolate buttercream filling. Macaron flavors include vanilla bean and crème brûlée.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
