WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover the art of French macarons with classic flavors and precise techniques from heritage recipes.
If you think that baking macarons worthy of your favorite Parisian patisserie is beyond your culinary skillset, this dedicated cooking class challenges you to think again. In it, you can learn to make your favorite French cookie sandwiches at home. Specifically, you'll learn two recipes: a vanilla bean macaron with raspberry and white chocolate buttercream and one that draws on perhaps the most timeless French dessert of all time — crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
