WHAT YOU’LL DO

Your kitchen will sizzle with the signature flavors and aromas of Southeast Asia.
In this interactive cooking class, you and your date will join an expert chef and other food-loving couples on an adventure into Southeast Asian cuisines. Drawing from Thai to Vietnamese cooking styles, you’ll learn traditional techniques for filling spring rolls, making sauces and grilling tender chicken infused with chiles and lemongrass.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 18+.

Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.
