WHAT YOU’LL DO

Revolutionize your kitchen with timeless French recipes.
This interactive cooking class will build your culinary confidence while expanding your skills as you craft an elegant French menu. Learn to make pâte à choux for savory gougères, sear scallops to perfection and develop flavor-packed sauces and dressings. For the pièce de resistance, the chef shares tips for composing a classic crème brûlée.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
