WHAT YOU’LL DO

Celebrate classic Spanish cuisine, from crispy potatoes to well-seasoned rice.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Taciana brings Spain's vibrant, sun-drenched flavors straight to your plate. Get ready to craft a bold three-course menu where no spice or ingredient is spared.

You’ll start by choosing between chilled gazpacho or crispy patatas bravas, then learn how to build a rich, saffron-infused seafood paella layered with shrimp, mussels and briny clams. For dessert, you’ll pipe and fry churros kissed with cinnamon sugar and served with warm chocolate sauce. With Chef Taciana’s expert guidance, you’ll reveal kitchen confidence you didn't know you had in you. Reserve the lesson today!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
