Led by a world-class pastry chef, this cooking class is the perfect way to boost your baking skills and impress family and friends. Learn how to whisk meringue, pipe batter, bake perfectly formed shells and fill shells with buttercream and other delicious fillings. You'll prepare flavors like peach and champagne and chocolate crГЁme brГ»lГ©e.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

Absolutely loved the class. I'm an experienced baker and have wanted to make macarons. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class so much, I'm considering taking the class again as it was so much fun!!!

I was extremely disappointedвЂ¦ the cooking table was designed to serve 4 couples, but we there were 8 couples there. We had to work with another couple to make the dinner. ThatвЂ™s date night? The вЂњsteakвЂќ was more of a вЂњSteakum.вЂќ For $100 a person, I expected a better cut of meet. Then, we had to stand crushed together to eat the meal. When I was single I may have stood over the sink a couple of times. But for something that was billed as a вЂњDate NightвЂќ it fell far short of that. And finally, there was wine as long as you brought your own. I should have gone to Outback and had a fabulous steak dinner for $100, and still have a $100 left in my pocket. The food did have great flavor, but it was cold.
