WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will work together to create iconic dishes such as Pad Thai and Panang coconut curry with shrimp, learning to balance the complex flavors characteristic of Thai cuisine. The class concludes with a light and refreshing coconut lime sorbet, offering a sweet ending to your culinary adventure. This experience provides a unique opportunity to bond with your partner while exploring the rich flavors of Thailand.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.
