WHAT YOU’LL DO
Craft the perfect outdoor Italian feast.
Explore Italian cuisine the al fresco way with a cooking class dedicated to vibrant, flame-kissed dishes. You'll grill juicy chicken diavola with just the right amount of spice, char asparagus to perfection and then finish it with lemon and briny capers. Next, you'll toss a smoky grilled bread and tomato salad drizzled with basil vinaigrette. To round out the meal, you'll whip up a refreshing basil limoncello sorbet that’s citrusy-sweet.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
