WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn the art of grilling like an Italian and create a feast to remember.
Transport yourself to the rolling hills of Italy in this cooking class as you master the art of Italian grilling. From succulent chicken infused with spice to charred asparagus and a rustic tomato salad, every dish highlights the beauty of simple, high-quality ingredients. You will enjoy the process of cooking over an open flame, just like locals do in Italy, and finish with a bright, herbaceous sorbet that embodies the flavors of a perfect Mediterranean evening.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
