WHAT YOU’LL DO

Explore international dishes and cooking techniques while building culinary confidence in this exciting teen series.
Teens will embark on a flavorful 4-day cooking class this summer, exploring dishes from around the world! From the savory tang of Filipino chicken adobo to the rich taste of French steak frites, this class brings global cuisine to life. Students will get hands-on experience cooking in teams of 5, all while learning new skills and techniques. With each class, teens will enhance their cooking knowledge and make memories to last a lifetime!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This event is suitable for kids aged 12-17

Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.
