Savor the simple yet enticing flavors of North Africa during this immersive cooking class. A highly skilled chef will take you through a flavorful menu featuring authentic dishes, including grilled shrimp with an earthy Chermoula dipping sauce, flavor-packed lamb meatballs and perfectly seasoned roasted cauliflower served with a cool cucumber and herb yogurt sauce. For dessert, you'll indulge in traditional baklava ice cream.

Savor the bold and enticing flavors of North Africa in this immersive cooking class. Guided by a skilled chef, you'll explore a vibrant menu of authentic dishes, starting with grilled shrimp paired with an earthy chermoula dipping sauce. Then, craft flavor-packed lamb meatballs and perfectly seasoned roasted cauliflower served with a refreshing cucumber and herb yogurt sauce. For a sweet finish, indulge in creamy baklava ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Had a wonderful experience, the teacher did an amazing job with her knowledge and explanations. Answering questions down to the temperature of the oven for different pastries. The class flew by!
