WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover classic New England recipes.
In this dynamic cooking class, you'll serve up exquisite New England cuisine with guidance from a world-class chef. You'll begin with classic crab cakes, delicately prepared and served with homemade aioli. Next, you'll prepare creamy buttermilk coleslaw, infused with herbs and a generous squeeze of lemon. To finish this scrumptious experience, you'll bake a delightful crustless blueberry pie and sip on a refreshing cranberry limeade.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
