Learn to make delicious vegetarian lasagne without pasta

With more than 10 years as an executive Chef, Chef Dave has a vast array of culinary skills at his fingertips. But he is also a gifted teacher.

Students will prepare a tasty ceasar salad, then create a zucchini lasagne with fresh herbs and aged Asagio cheese. For dessert you will prepare Chef Dave's award-winning creation - a light strawberry cream taco that you will not soon forget.

This is a hands-on course so students can expect to chop, cut, cook and plate this entire meal as they follow Chef Dave's clear instructions and step-by-step demonstrations.

Guests are welcome to bring beer and wine to share with guests.

Chef Dave really knows what he is doing and this comes to no surprise since, prior to offering cooking classes, he worked as an executive chef for around 20 years. He has prepared almost every dish, has his own creation of several dishes, and in my experience of having worked with many chefs, he is one of the most knowledgable in how to make good sauces. This was a fantastic cooking class with the highlight certainly being the sauce for the chicken.
