WHAT YOU’LL DO

Celebrate the season by preparing a classic Americana menu.
Joined by a world-class chef, this cooking class takes on the flavors and colors of a festive backyard barbecue. Learn how to infuse flavor into Carolina-style pulled pork. You'll learn how to properly chop cabbage for creamy buttermilk coleslaw and fry potato chips to crispy perfection. Enjoy classic strawberry shortcakes with sweet cream for dessert.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
