If you’ve always wanted to learn how to make your own at home, now is your chance, it is so much easier than you ever imagined. After a few hours in Chef Gwyn's kitchen you will be rolling your own like an Italian.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
If your class is under the minimum, Chef Gwyn is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 35% of the per person rate.

The experience with Chef Gwyn was amazing. Given that it was my fiance's birthday made the evening even more exceptional. Chef Gwyn was engaging, personable and professional all the while sharing her craft and love for cooking with us. The evening seemed like we were dining with an old friend.
