Gwyn's passion and love of cooking has rekindled my interest in preparing meals for my family. I've taken a few classes and every dish is delicious and I've learned new tips and tricks to make cooking fun. My son Andrew and I recently attended "Fin to Fork" and we loved learning different techniques to prepare fish, and I'll admit, I was not a lover of fish before taking the class. However, all of the recipes were delicious! Thanks for a great time Gwyn! We will be back!

My husband and I attended one of Chef Gwyn's "Couples In The Kitchen" classes. Gwyn has an amazing way of making you feel at home in her kitchen. She provided a broad range of insights on how to prepare and cook each course so you can easily duplicate the recipes at home and also sends all the recipes to you. I have already recommended her classes to several friends! It was a wonderful experience!

This cooking class was the best thing I've ever experienced. I learned to make this incredible salad with grilled peaches and organic salad dressing made from scratch that tasted like magical unicorn clouds. We even got to make ravioli from scratch! It was very nice and everyone there was awesome. It was very cool to be involved in each step of the process and my friends and I plan to arrange our own cooking class based on what we learned! The folks that were there accommodated our needs and answered any questions we had with a smile on their face. The ravioli that I made tasted like something my grandmother might have made and it was fun to learn how to make something like she would have. To be totally honest, I am going to attend this cooking class again in a couple of days and I'm super excited!

I attended one of Cozymeal’s first events in Washington D.C. and I had an incredible time! We were able to participate in the cooking process with a local chef in an intimate dining environment. Let me get to the most important element, the food: a)fruit/nuts/cheese salad with a fresh vinaigrette b)herb and cheese-filled fresh ravioli c)chipotle chocolate lava cake All of the food was delicious and I learned lots of tips that I could not have read in a cookbook. This is an experience I’d love to do a few times a year!

Chef Gwyn provided a really fun, insightful cooking class and tailored it specifically to our interests and skill level. She has a great personality and is full of good tips. We will definitely take a class with her again.

Chef Gwyn is a wonderful chef. She is professional, knowledgable, and was able to manage our group of guests, which at times would get a bit too loud, very well. The food was delicious and we finally learned how to make our own pasta. I took this class with chef Gwyn and really enjoyed it. We learned how to make a delicious grilled chicken, enjoyed healthy vegetables and finished with a very tasty dessert. We booked chef Gwyn's pasta making class for a group event at own venue in Washington, DC and could not have had a better experience. Chef Gwyn arrived with her assistant, gave an introduction and demo and then let us get hands-on and prepare our own pasta, filled with goat cheese and topped with a mushroom sauce. The dessert was one of the best I have had (spicy brownie with ice cream). Chef Gwyn is professional, knowledgable and really funny. Overall, definitely a 5-star experience. If you are looking for a great cooking class in Washington DC, then book this one!

Most fun I've had cooking. Small classes allows for a personalized feel. The variety of classes offered allows you to learn about a variety of cooking skills and options for you and your family. Gwen is so much fun and the people I've met there were awesome. I highly recommend taking a class - or three!

Fun, fun, fun. An afternoon with Chef Gwen starts with a leisurely drive through the country, a quick turn onto a leafy lane and then her picturesque driveway that twists past evergreens and brings you to the front of her lovely stone house. Her warm, friendly manner puts you instantly at ease as she welcomes you into her generous kitchen. Chef Gwyn is a lovely bubbly person but also a great communicator who easily passes on tricks of the trade as she deftly shows you how to dice and slice. Her food is subtley spiced with fresh herbs that compliment but do not overpower the prime ingredients and it is all mouthwateringly delicious. From curried samosas with just the right coriander kick to creamy Shiitake sauce with a hint of Tarragon and ending with the piece de resistance - Chocolate lava cakes with just a hint of Chipotle warmth. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience. Great fun. I learned so much and it truly has enhanced my cooking skills. Gwyn is a natural teacher who puts you at ease and gives you confidence to try new dishes. Loved it!!! I highly recommend, even if you already love to cook, it is wonderful.
