Then, choose between creamy vegan mac and cheese with wild mushrooms or hearty mushroom stroganoff with pasta. End with aquafaba chocolate mousse, a decadent dessert made without dairy. Chef Damon’s approachable techniques make this class ideal for anyone exploring plant-based cooking.

Where do I start!! This was the absolute best birthday surprise that I have ever had!! The food was amazing! Chef Damon educated us throughout the entire experience. He accommodated the request of vegetarian dishes which were all flavorful. I wanted to do a little dance after every bite! Thank you again Chef Damon!

We had an amazing time learning from Chef Damon! As people who already cook most nights, my husband and I still learned a lot from the experience and the food was amazing. Chef Damon was very fun to be around and spend our evening with, we would totally book another class with him!
