WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn to make iconic Spanish dishes like tapas, paella and churros.
This cooking class invites you to dive into the bold and vibrant flavors of Spanish cuisine. Chef Bonicelli will guide you step by step through a three-course menu that celebrates the essence of Spain.

Start with your choice of gazpacho, a refreshing chilled soup or crispy patatas bravas served with smoky aioli. Then, move on to crafting a hearty seafood paella brimming with shrimp, mussels and calamari. For dessert, indulge in golden churros paired with velvety chocolate dipping sauce. Chef Bonicelli’s engaging and approachable teaching style ensures a fun and enriching experience for all levels of cooks.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We cooked gnocchi with pesto and tomato sauces, asparagus and crème brûlée! I learned how to make gnocchi with baked potatoes and a great pesto sauce. Chef Bonicelli and Mark were great and it was a very fun experience
