WHAT YOU’LL DO

Explore the flavors of winter while creating dishes that celebrate local, fresh ingredients.
Celebrate winter’s best offerings in this farmers market cooking class, where you’ll craft hearty, flavorful dishes. Start with creamy polenta topped with wild mushroom ragù, followed by a crisp and tangy blood orange hazelnut fennel salad. Roast up some savory carrot tartlets and finish with a chilled tangerine champagne sorbet. This hands-on class will teach you how to make the most of fresh, seasonal ingredients while enjoying a cozy cooking experience.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
