WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn foundational skills to make a collection of showstopping Japanese desserts.
Join a culinary showcase of dreamy Japanese desserts at a hands-on cooking class. Practice essential dessert techniques and use them to make a light and fluffy cheesecake plus chewy mochi doughnuts with a yuzu glaze. Then, put a new twist on a sponge with strawberry cupcakes topped with matcha buttercream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Great job controlling everything, but, baked potatoes were cold and the butter didn’t melt. We cooked the shrimp first and it sat until the end of the class. We thought the shrimp cocktail was going to be an appetizer. Over all it was a fun experience! I hope we get the recipes soon.
