WHAT YOU’LL DO

Master the art of easy, elegant french cooking with approachable recipes and timeless techniques.
In this cooking class, you'll learn to prepare a simple yet elegant French meal. From pan-roasted salmon with a bright lemon-caper sauce to the comforting classic of french onion soup, this class focuses on approachable techniques for creating delicious French-inspired dishes. You'll also make a fresh apple and mixed green salad with walnut vinaigrette. Finish with a decadent bittersweet chocolate crème brûlée. Perfect for beginners, this class brings a taste of France to your kitchen.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I did the lobster ravioli class with Chef Megan. It was so fun but still professional. We will definitely doing a class again soon. I recommend this for date night for anyone.
