WHAT YOU’LL DO

Craft a selection of sweet Japanese desserts.
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll spend some time exploring the delicate world of Japanese desserts. Working alongside an expert chef, you'll learn how to make a traditional and incredibly airy Japanese cheesecake. Then, you'll try your hand at crafting delicious mochi donuts topped with a yuzu glaze. Last on the menu are strawberry cream cupcakes with luscious matcha buttercream frosting made from scratch. 
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
