Choose from a class on a perfectly roasted leg of lamb, and how to turn those leftovers into creative dishes for the rest of the week. Or, an introduction to Masaharu Morimoto's Japanese home cooking. Last but not least, vegetables take center stage during the peak of the produce season--you won't miss the meat for a moment!

My boyfriend and I loved Chef Jen. She taught us how to make several delicious dishes that were easy to make, very healthy and boasted our confidence in cooking. We will definitely look into more classes with her. We live very close to the kitchen space she works at and will be stopping by to personally thank her again and show our appreciation too.
