Join Chefs Jen, Frances and Sasha for an enriching and thoroughly delicious culinary engagement where you'll learn useful kitchen skills and techniques. With combined experience spanning multiple decades, these chefs possess an impressive breadth of knowledge which they are eager to share with curious students.

Choose from a class on a perfectly roasted leg of lamb, and how to turn those leftovers into creative dishes for the rest of the week. Or, an introduction to Masaharu Morimoto's Japanese home cooking. Last but not least, vegetables take center stage during the peak of the produce season--you won't miss the meat for a moment!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My boyfriend and I loved Chef Jen. She taught us how to make several delicious dishes that were easy to make, very healthy and boasted our confidence in cooking. We will definitely look into more classes with her. We live very close to the kitchen space she works at and will be stopping by to personally thank her again and show our appreciation too.

Booked the class Market Fresh Italian Dinner with Chef Jen K. in East Bay (Upper Dimond)

Chef Jen is so friendly and generous and her food is amazing! She explained to me how to make the fricco on her salad which was such a nice touch. I also got to try fregola for the first time. Served with roasted cauliflower, it was a great accompaniment to her delicious lamb!

Chefs Frances and Sasha offered a wonderful cooking experience. We deboned and roasted a whole leg of lamb, and then chefs showed us how to cook five completely different dishes out of it! Each of the five dishes was unique and very delicious. This class made my Sunday!
