WHAT YOU’LL DO

Be inspired by a winter farmer's market in this cooking class.
Bring the fresh flavors and ingredients of a farmer's market to your dinner table by joining this rustic winter farmer's market meal cooking class. In this class, you'll join a top-rated chef and learn how to make a creamy polenta with wild mushroom ragГ№ and some roasted carrot tartlets. Enjoy a light blood orange and hazelnut fennel salad. Dessert is a fizzy tangerine champagne sorbet.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
