WHAT YOU’LL DO

Master the art of homemade pasta and fresh sauces.
Pick up new recipes in this cooking class featuring your favorite pasta and toppings. An esteemed chef leads these fun and engaging sessions while sharing traditional culinary techniques. After making a batch of fresh ravioli, you'll prepare two fillings and sauces. First, make a butternut squash filling and an arugula walnut pesto sauce. Next up is an herbed ricotta and a tomato-pancetta sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
