WHAT YOU’LL DO

Plan the perfect party to toast the holidays.
Ring in the New Year with this cooking class focused on upscale recipes and refined ingredients. Join a gourmet chef who will guide you through the creation of several recipes. Start by preparing steak au poivre with brandy and mustard sauce. Serve this with a side of truffled pommes purée and a frisée salad with champagne vinaigrette. For dessert, enjoy a sweet dark chocolate soufflé.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 18+.
