WHAT YOU’LL DO

Explore the flavors and fragrances of West Indian cuisine.
Join this cooking class to add a new blend of recipes to your international collection. Led by a gourmet chef, you'll learn traditional techniques for preparing an authentic menu. Practice knife skills by chopping cucumbers and tomatoes for a fresh Shirazi salad. Tahdig, a crispy Persian rice dish, and grilled saffron chicken kabobs are your main entrées. Dessert is cream puffs with pistachio cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
