What You’ll Do

Add a touch of holiday flavors to your ravioli.

Master the holiday-inspired flavors of two ravioli dishes in this hands-on cooking class. Before you dive into the main dishes, you’ll learn to make up your own pasta dough which can be used to create an endless variety of pasta shapes. The butternut squash ravioli with arugula walnut pesto sets the stage with a unique flavor combination. Next, the herbed ricotta ravioli with tomato pancetta sauce adds a rich depth that compliments well with a light Winter Caesar salad.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
