This festive cooking class celebrates flavors from around the world. Begin by preparing a flavorful pepper-crusted prime rib, enhanced by creamy horseradish crème fraîche that brings out its richness. You’ll then move into making crispy latkes, which are always a crowd favorite during the holidays. An arugula salad with roasted squash and pomegranate will add freshness and vibrancy to your meal. To finish off this delightful feast, enjoy sweet potato pie bars that are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
