If you are considering this class, BOOK IT RIGHT NOW! We had the most magical experience with Chef Emmanuel! We learned so much, had a great time, and the food was phenomenal! Such a perfect night of incredible food and hospitality. We can’t wait to go back with more friends! If you are interested in vegan food this is a must

We had a fantastic cooking experience with Chef Emma!! I’ve been cooking vegan meals for many years and was hoping to learn new techniques or tips as our family did this class - I was definitely not disappointed! She shared wonderful instruction on customizing the food to our liking, and she gave several suggestions for vegan ingredient staples to add to our pantry. To top it all off she created such a wonderful, relaxed environment for us to cook in and enjoy the experience. My kids especially felt encouraged to try some new customizations for their creations, and they both appreciated the tips she gave that apply not only to what we prepared, but to all cooking situations. We unanimously recommend taking a class with Chef Emma!!
