WHAT YOU’LL DO

Explore croissants with an expert chef.
Croissants need no introduction and in this practical cooking class, you'll create two types: one savory and one sweet. A seasoned chef will guide you through the steps of making these flaky French favorites, teaching you how to prepare quality laminated dough. You'll start with a mouthwatering Gruyère cheese and roasted leek filling, and then move on to an indulgent dark chocolate filling, reminiscent of Pain au Chocolat.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Nadia and her team are quite an asset to your business!! If there was something Nadia wasn't sure about, she took the time to read the recipe to find the right way to do it. And her team was always ready with utensils and clean dishes to use and to clear the dishes used dishes out of the way... like a fine tuned engine. The food was Delicious!! Two thumbs up!

Chef Josh was amazing! He was informative, efficient, and helpful to our class of 8. We all got to have hands-on experience preparing our meal as a team of 4. The food was so delicious, and we can't wait to receive the recipes so we can try and make it at home. The whole experience was excellent! We would definitely try this experience with Cozymeal again!
