Explore Ukrainian classics including sweet and savory versions of the iconic regional dumplings.

This immersive cooking class highlights Ukrainian culinary traditions inspired by the ChefвЂ™s cherished family memories. Chef Jeff invites you to discover classic dishes while enhancing fundamental kitchen skills.

Start with a fresh, yet hearty salad before practicing the art of pierogi (also known as pirohy or varenyky). Learn to craft a potato version paired with kielbasa, grilled onions, mushrooms and sour cream. Then, apply your new skills for a dessert of a sweet, fruity cream cheese-filled interpretation of the beloved dumplings.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
