What You’ll Do

Take a trip to Mexico with by learning more about it's cuisine.

This cooking class shares tips and techniques for preparing classic Mexican favorites. Led by a gourmet chef, you'll receive step-by-step instructions while enjoying a fun and engaging experience.

Start by making blue corn tortilla chips and chopping up a fresh salsa rioja with tomatoes, dried chili peppers and onions. Next, prepare wagyu beef tacos and instant-pot black beans with garlic, jalapeГ±os and bacon. Dessert is a classic Mexican treat of fried churros topped with caramel sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
