WHAT YOU’LL DO

Prepare steakhouse favorites the French way.
Experience steakhouse with a French twist during this detailed cooking class where French flavors and techniques converge. Working alongside a top-rated chef, you'll work through a beautifully selected menu. Learning how to sear beef to perfection and produce the perfect sauce reduction. For dessert you'll try your hand at making a fruity French classic in the form of pear Tarte Tatin.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
