WHAT YOU’LL DO

Experience the enhanced flavors that cast iron brings to dishes in this fun cooking class.
In this cooking class, unlock your full culinary potential and create fabulous Tuscan cuisine using cast iron cookware. Discover how to achieve the perfect sear on steak and elevate the richness of creamy seafood risotto. Your expert chef instructor will also guide you through caramelizing sugar in cast iron to create a crunchy hazelnut brittle topped luscious panna cotta. Experience the enhanced flavors that cast iron brings to classic dishes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
