The wide expanse of the French coastline is the inspiration for this expert chef led, practical cooking class. You’ll begin by pan-roasting white fish in a piquant compound butter and serve this with vegetables and potatoes for a simple yet succulent side dish. The final course is a luxurious pot de crème that’s been enriched with caramel and pear.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
For public cooking classes, menu changes cannot be made. For private events, most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted prior to the event. Please mention this in the message field when you submit your booking request.

We has a wonderful time learning from Chef Randy and making the meal. The pesto apparently didn't come out as she expected, but it was the best part of the meal!

Chef Randy was extraordinary! I wanted a unique and fun date to surprise a VIP in my life. This hit all of the major “wants” in a fun date. It was informative, educational, social and above all… Delicious! I’m looking forward to the sushi class. Great job, thank you!!!!

We had a great time! We had no experience making sushi, and we were able to prepare some really good rolls. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the class had a fun atmosphere. We will be back!

Would have preferred getting a printed set of instructions for croissant recipes morning of class. Have not received the email with recipes yet. Suggest making class long enough to allow for proper rising times so we know what finished product should look and taste like. Otherwise a nice experience.

There was a lot of standing. Wish we could have sat down to eat. The food was good. Our chef was new at leading the class but did a good job.

My wife and I had a lot of fun this evening. Our chef was very knowledgeable, although it was his first time. Therefore, the organization/order of operations could have been a bit more smooth. Overall, we had a blast and the food was great. Would definitely take another class again in the future.

Chef Randy provided lots of great tips and feedback. She made the class easy-to-follow and fun! The fettuccine alfredo and chicken parmesan were delicious. Would recommend (and the classes for families are especially fun to attend with your kids)!

The class was great but i had to be pulled out a few times because of some discrepencies of paying through a 3rd party overall fun experience and nice staff

The meal was delicious; however, we were a little disappointed by the experience. 1. Upon arrival the greeting by the staff was cold 2. We scheduled this as a date night. Initially we were given our work space, then moved and grouped with others to complete the evening in a group setting (this was felt to be less work for the staff) 3. The Resident Chef did not appear to be very knowledgeable of the recipes being created. She continuously corrected herself and had to keep referring to the paper copy of the recipes. (we could have followed a recipe) 4. The Resident Chef would move quickly through steps giving instruction to the next step before the room was finished completing the previous step. 5. There were two assistants to the Resident Chef; however, they didn't assist. I guess I would have thought they should have been working the room making sure each table was completing tasks as directed and providing assistance or additional instruction, if needed. The entire evening felt like they were just going through the motions trying to get the evening over with and get us all out of there as quickly as possible Disappointing for the cost.

It wasn’t really a teaching experience as things were done in a chaotic way. We didn’t expect to be paired up with another couple as we thought this would be an opportunity for my husband and me to do all the cooking together apart from other couples. The chef wasn’t clear on which step we were on during the class and she seemed unprepared and uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed the class and the Chef. The pot we cooked in would be better positioned if it was assessable to everyone. The hood above the cooking area had a nasty layer of grime that surprised us.

1) We have a habit of taking cooking classes when we go on vaca. We have taken several classes in Chicago, Ashville, NC, etc. So we have lots of experience 2) As a Senior, standing the entire time was hard for me, my back was starting to tighten up. My suggestion is that when a person singns up, there should be an option of aksing for a stool. 3) ALL, and I mean ALL, of the previous classes at all venues, gave out a written recicpe for each dish, foe each couple. Not having the paper in front of us there was a lot of confusion that didn't need to happen. The Chef did a great job, but she was having to repeat herself way too many times, and becasue it was a fairly large class, there was a lot of side talking (to be expected) but it got to be so loud that we simply couldn't hear the Chef. 4) Going back to number 1, when the cooking part was over, a place to sit down, to eat, would have been great. 5) With all of the above, we will come back. Thanks for the opportunity to leave a few comments.

We did our class with Chef Monique and it was a very nice evening. Our food was very flavorful and we can’t wait to recreate the same dishes at home. I wish we were given papers with instruction or ingredients beforehand to take notes on, but that is my only critique.

We had a resident chef. Written recipes were not provided. The instructor was disorganized. There were 16 people in class when the work areas look designed for just 8 people. Because there were so many people, there wasn't enough dough to go around. What you show in photos is not at all what was made in class! This was a waste of money.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!
