WHAT YOU’LL DO

Italy's northernmost regions provide the origins of these spectacular culinary creations.
Northern Italy shares its most sumptuous dishes in a cooking class that shines a spotlight on this special corner of the world. Your expert instructor doubles as a culinary guide as you practice traditional methods for creating rich osso bucco, polenta flavored with warm roasted garlic and plump strawberries topped with aged balsamic.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
