Cooking Class - Sizzling South American Steaks

What You’ll Do

Experience the sizzling flavors of South American cooking.

Get searing in the kitchen by joining this South American steak cooking class. In this fiery class, you'll be guided by a gourmet chef who will take you on a journey through South American cooking. Learn how to grill flank steak and top it with a refreshing Peruvian salsa. To go with your steak, you will prepare grilled corn, spicy chile, tangy lime and creamy cotija cheese. Don't forget about the traditional Salvadoran pupusas, delicious masa cakes stuffed with cheese. Dessert is Dulce de Leche.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
