WHAT YOU’LL DO

These phenomenal French confections will be your new favorite homemade dessert.
There's no such thing as too much decadence when it comes to the fabulous declares you'll create in this thrilling interactive cooking class. Work across from a world-class instructor while perfecting your knack for choux pastry, piping and baking perfect dough tubes, filling them with delicious fresh cream and topping them with a glossy ganache finish.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The “French Bistro “ class was excellent. Chef Sam was knowledgeable and entertaining. The menu was delicious. The kitchen classroom was bright, spacious and well-equipped. We would definitely recommend this hands-on class and intend to sign up for additional classes.
