Learn how to use Wusthof knives to cook Asian food

The foundation of good cooking starts with knife skills and in this vibrant Asian flavors with WÃ¼sthof cooking class, you'll learn some basic knife skills and safety tips. A five-star chef will guide you through the process of cutting with confidence using WÃ¼sthof knives. Since 1814, the WÃ¼sthof name has been synonymous with cutting-edge performance and superior craftsmanship. By the end of this class, you'll know how to prepare a vibrant Asian dish.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We had an amazing time during our pasta making class! It was a lot of fun, the instructions were easy and the food turned out amazing. Mimi, Jonathan and Robert were all very friendly, knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire class. I would definitely recommend and can't wait to book another class with them!

Heather made the class very hands-on; she showed me a few new cooking tricks, which I greatly appreciated; the 3 items were delicious, which I will make again; and she made the class lots of fun. But most of all I feel much more comfortable in making the perfect pie crust! I will definitely take more classes. Thank you.

Overall great experience! The recipe was really delicious, better than I expected. The instructor made the ice cream and I was hoping that weâ€™d learn that part - as I knew how to cook everything else. A good time nonetheless!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

Best was the delicious meal and the kitchen environment. The teaching was uninspiring and very impersonal. I couldn't remember all the cutting techniques when they were presented in one swoop. I had trouble putting the naan dough into the small slit in the hot oven. Why not pull the tray out all the way.

instructor (not Eric) was great, except she talked way too fast. Biggest complaint is that the dishes were all far too salty. This wasnâ€™t because of salt we added, but because of the premixed items provided to us. Itâ€™s especially concerning since we brought my 87 year old father, who has a serious heart condition. I am almost positive that I mentioned his special dietary requirement when making the reservation.

We didn't end up having Chef Eric, which was disappointing because we booked this class specifically after reading his reviews. Instead, the chef we got seemed untrained/unfamiliar with teaching a cooking class. When we arrived, he was still reading the recipe, and he seemed at a loss multiple times throughout the class. His attitude was odd; he was very vulgar and didn't seem to like answering questions, which is part of what made it seem like he hadn't had much experience teaching. He also spent extra time with certain people and offered no help or conversation to others. The worst of it came towards the end, the class was running behind, and he got the pans way too hot to cook the Bok Choy. When he went to deglaze the pan that I was working next to, he added too much water to the already way too hot pan and gave it a hard shake, causing the oil and water to splash out of the pan and onto my face and torso. Fortunately, the burns weren't too bad and have only left some minor red marks on my face one day later, but it did get oil stains on the shirt I was wearing that I couldn't get out. I was looking forward to this class, but was disappointed.
