WHAT YOU’LL DO

Dive into the world of chocolate in this indulgent cooking class. Under the guidance of our chef instructor, experience the fun of infusing ganache with espresso and amaretto to make your own truffles. Dip homemade caramels into rich dark chocolate and practice whipping egg whites to create the ultimate chocolate dessert — a perfectly risen soufflé. This class is perfect for chocolate enthusiasts eager to master these delectable treats.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Stuart was great! We truly enjoyed our fist cooking class date night. Chef shared a few cooking tips, which we appreciated. And he has a great sense of humor ? we took a group picture which I would love to share and will send via email. Thanks for a great night.

It was a great experience, the taste of the food we prepared was amazing, I was really blown away. I just wish that the set up would be in a way that each participant would do all the steps rather than sharing a set up with other participant.
