What You’ll Do

Learn how to elevate your pizza making skills and master the use of tabletop pizza oven.

Join this cooking class to gain confidence in using your tabletop pizza oven with tips and techniques shared by an expert Chef Erik. Feel like a true pizzaiolo once you take out hot sizzling pizza that you'll craft from scratch out of the oven.

Start by preparing a Burrata Caprese salad using heirloom tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil and vibrant pesto to tie it all together. Maximize the use of the that tabletop pizza oven to by mastering a classic rustic Margherita pizza. You'll be using cold fermented dough to form the base of the pizza and freshly crushed tomatoes for the sauce to compliment it. Later prepare crispy roasted cauliflower with refreshing Italian salsa verde on the side, using fresh herbs, garlic and capers. To finish with something sweet, roast some seasonal stone fruit in the oven and top it with creamy mascarpone and mint for a perfect dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
