We learned Italian cooking. We made pasta from scratch, then crepes for desert. It was a lot of fun and delicious food. Chef Bonicelli was very knowledgeable and a great educator.
The "Recreating an Italian Kitchen" class with Chef Bonicelli was everything we had hoped for - a lot of fun, we learned techniques and were given recipes which I'm sure we will use in the future, and the food was amazing and we made enough pasta to take some home and freeze! Her kitchen was perfect for the class, she is VERY organized and a wonderful teacher. I'd highly recommend this class.

What an incredible experience! I went to this class with my partner as a fun date night/Valentines gift. The menu was great, as well as the atmosphere. I enjoyed the gentle guidance along the way, making the experience encouraging towards your cooking abilities, rather than feeling like criticisms. The class was well-structured and it is very apparent that Chef Bonicelli has put thought into the setup, delivery, and of course the food throughout the evening while still adapting to the pace and differences in all folks attending. I also love the fact that there were at least a couple night’s worth of leftover prepared pasta to bring home! Overall, this was a wonderful way to spend an evening — learning more about cooking while making good food in a relaxed and inviting space.

Chef Laura’s Neapolitan Pizza Adventure was a fantastic experience. We loved learning how to properly create and handle the dough, the importance of restraint with toppings, and watching the pizzas beautifully brown and bubble in the Ooni oven. The kitchen was perfectly set up for our small group of six, the food was delicious, and the warmth of Chef Laura and her husband’s home was truly the icing on the cake. My partner and I are already looking forward to taking more of her classes in the future.
We had an amazing experience cooking with Chef Bonillcelli and Mark. Our Italian cooking class, just the right size for hands on experience, was fun and the food amazing! We made our own fresh pasta, delicious tomato florentine, chicken Marsala and chocolate spritz cookies. All that and learned about olive oils and the right flours for making delicious pasta, cooking techniques using the coolest gadgets and where to find them. Chef Bonicelli is generous with sharing her recipes and her resources. We only scratched the surface of her knowledge and skills and are excited to join another cooking experience with her soon.
This class was amazing!! Highly highly recommend! Chef Bonicelli is so wonderful, has great tips and is fun to work with! My group had so much fun, learned new things, ate some delicious food and left with new recipes and an excitement to cook again!
The class was well done. I learned alot. Chef Bonicelli is a pro. Her husband is a very capable helper and enables the class to move through the experience with grace. We enjoyed much wonderful food. Very happy I went.
Learned how to make potato gnocchi, and two simple sauces to create a really tasty, unique meal, along with a few other dishes. It was fun, informative, and intimate. Only five people in our class. And it was right in Chef Bonicelli's kitchen. Pretty fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Highly recommend.
We loved the class. The food was absolutely delicious. French onion soup, coq au vin. But the highlight was making pasta. I never thought I’d be able to do it.
I think if we were younger would have been
more appropriate for us. We’re 80 yrs old
and not looking to learn cooking skills at the level of this class. Thank you though!

She is engaging; food was yummy; I liked the small group (6 people). The set up, supplies and space were great. Making the pasta was really fun. Other than that, actual cooking was limited and suitable for newer cooks. But I was there with my 2 sons, who fit that description, so it was fine.
Chef Laura Bonicelli and her husband Mark were so welcoming and created a great fun atmosphere in their beautiful kitchen. Myself and three friends did the Delectable Italian Fare From Scratch Cooking class and it was so well done and prepared. The food that we made, including making our own pasta and sauces from Chefs recipes, were absolutely delicious. Chef Lauras knowledge and expertise at cooking was top notch. She guided us and answered all our questions. It really felt like we were a group of friends cooking at a friend’s home. I highly recommend this or any of Chef Laura’s classes. A+

I thoroughly enjoyed this class!!! Chef Bonicelli was so warm and welcoming in her home, that I felt relaxed while cooking. Cooking new things can intimidate me; so, being relaxed while making biscuits and pasta proves that Chef Bonicelli is an amazing teacher. After taking this class, I’m planning to invest in a pasta machine so I can make fresh pasta at home.

Mrs. Bonicelli was so kind, helpful, and understanding for a beginner like myself. The class was super fun!! We got to learn how to make some great food from (mostly) scratch, and the Chef was guiding us the whole way.
